Safe payment

The service «Safe deal» allows the customers to pay safely for the completed tasks and for the specialists to credit the money directly to their wallet.

When you select a specialist, the payment is reserved within the payment system and released only when the customer and the specialist confirmed that the task is completed.

Verified specialists

All registered specialists fill out their profile questionnaire which is then manually checked by our back-office staff. We do not confirm suspicious or fraudulent accounts. Those who have undergone the document verification on Qjob receive a green shield badge «Verified specialist».

Rating system

After the task is completed, we ask both the customer and the specialist to share their reviews. The reviews about each user can be seen in their profile. We check their credibility and block specialists, who provide low-quality services or leave unreliable reviews.

Apart from reviews, there are also ratings, helping to evaluate the level of specialists. It is calculated in every task ' category. The most active specialists are awarded special badges for various achievements.

Specialists are not employees of Qjob and are personally liable for the quality of their work. We always recommend abiding by the basic safety rules.

  • Carefully examine the reviews and examples of completed tasks.
  • Before letting a specialist inside your house, ask for their ID and make sure that they are the same person on Qjob as on their document
  • Write down all the conditions and stages of collaboration in the agreement (download agreement sample), create receipts regarding hand-off of money (download receipt sample).

Qjob customer service

Our customer service works with user requests daily and tracks new tasks. It is prohibited to publish tasks that violate the legislation or are in conflict with the moral principles of the service.
